3. Disputes & Resolution
If you experience any issues, you agree to first attempt resolution directly with MyPharmacy.
Customers must allow MyPharmacy up to 3 months to respond to and address any disputes.
If a resolution cannot be reached, all disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of UK law and courts.

4. Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only available after the first week of receiving the product.
Refunds will only be considered after contacting MyPharmacy and are granted solely at MyPharmacy’s discretion. MyPharmacy reserves the right to deny any refund request.

Products may need to be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Certain products, such as opened supplements or items not suitable for resale due to health and safety, may not be eligible for refund.

5. Payments & Transactions
All prices on our site include our markup. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price at checkout. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.
